Escape

I used to love to read. When I was a teenager, there was nothing better than getting a new book and reading it cover to cover as fast as I could. I've always been a huge fantasy fan. I love reading about the old medieval times. I used to imagine that I was a part of the story or even one of the characters. It was my form of escape from the real world. Now a days, I love the *idea* of reading but even if I get a book I'm interested in I find myself with no time left to read. I do a ton of my reading online now in the form of articles, blogs and Facebook statuses so I don't have any desire left to read an actual book at any point. I think that is something that needs to drastically change and soon. I miss reading quite a bit.

Elliott took 3 naps today. 2 in the Beco and 1 in my arms. Poor baby had some massive panic attacks during the late afternoon. I think at least one was due to gas pains since after I gave him Mylicon and he let out a huge burp he seemed a lot more relieved and fell fast asleep. He hasn't pooped in a couple days and he was letting out some REALLY stinky farts that kept making me think he had gone but every diaper was empty. I'm actually hoping for something soon though to relieve his pain, poor darling.

We also watched the movie Rio today. It was very cute! I loved it! Highly recommend it!
