Weekend Happenings

We had a pretty eventful weekend here. I'm going to need all week to recover from it! Adam had a super short day on Friday so we decided to go out. We dropped the dog off at daycare (to get some energy out) and went to the mall. We stopped at Red Robin for an early dinner. On Saturday we went over to my brother's house to watch the Packers game. We left the dog at home and our wonderful neighbor let him out and played with him while we were gone. We stayed for breakfast the next morning and then headed on our way. We had dinner that night with Adam's family. Miranda had her first sleepover at Grampy's house and Grammy was there to help out. Adam and I decided we deserved a night out as a couple. It was so nice! I love being able to spend time with my husband like that. We went to Applebee's for coffee and dessert first and then we went to see Country Strong. I thought it was a really good movie, loved the soundtrack! The ending is sad though. Today was pretty lazy. We picked Miranda up after her nap and Adam made galumpkis for dinner. We're in for more yucky weather tonight so Adam may or may not go to work tomorrow.
