24 Weeks

Hurray! Today is a milestone day. 24 weeks is considered the point of viability. Basically all that means is that he has a 50% chance of survival outside of the womb now. Every week that passes, his chances of survival go way up. I only have 12 weeks until I reach 36 weeks and he is allowed to make his arrival. I'm hoping this last few months goes by quick.

As far as this pregnancy though, more of the same. I feel pretty good for the most part. My hips are aching and my back hurts, especially once I crawl into bed, but other than those couple of little things, not much to complain about. I've been having a few cravings lately. One being for clementines and orange juice. I can't get enough of them. I guess I must be lacking in Vitamin C, lol. I don't have to go back to the doctor's until the 31rst so there won't be any appointment updates for a little while.

Little Westley still moves all the time and Adam can even feel him from the outside now. According to BabyCenter, my uterus is about the size of a soccer ball and he should be weighing more than a pound by now and approximately twelve inches long. I hope he is happy in there and stays put as long as we let him. I should take another belly picture sometime soon so you can see how much I've grown too. lol
