Poop

Last night was horrible and it wasn't because Miranda was being fussy. Nope, it was my dog, Cailee. I guess she wasn't feeling good and when I woke up at 3:00am to feed Miranda I found a horrible surprise. There was poop all over the house. Well, of course, getting my baby fed and happy is more important to me than cleaning up after a sick dog, so I fed her and got her settled back in bed before taking on the monstrous task of sanitizing my house. After many hours of scrubbing the hard surfaces with bleach and cleaning the carpet, my house smells and looks a lot better. No stains at all. But, needless to say, I am very tired. And, of course, Miranda took a very long nap today so who knows if she'll sleep well tonight. Yesterday my friend Gina came over. She watched Miranda for me while I cleaned my house. So, now my laundry's done, my house is clean and everyone's happy. I'm especially happy because I started my period today! Hurray! I also get my IUD put in next week so that is exciting. And even HAPPIER news is that Adam should be home next week! Hurray!
