Stuff

Nothing super exciting has been happening here. Adam's still working his long days so I don't get to see much of him anymore. Nicole was *finally* able to get a couple days off and come over to hang out like old times again. That was super fun. We went shopping for birthday presents and of course, my kids were able to get some new trinkets too. Always fun. I miss spending time with her. We had a play date with an old friend of mine from high school with her three awesome kids. Kaylyn came over on Monday, which was also really fun. Wednesday into Thursday, Elliott and Miranda spent the night with my dad and step-mom so Nicole and I were out and about. Spontaneously, we met up with Adam and a friend at a bar for an open mike night. That was a lot of fun. Today, we cleaned up Miranda and Elliott's room. It took us two hours, but they looked great afterwords. I'm hoping to work on my room a little bit tomorrow since Miranda is going to spend some quality time with her Meme.

My kids have been a little cranky lately though. Miranda has the sniffles or a cold, I dunno, and I can tell she doesn't feel well. Elliott is getting some more teeth, pretty sure his canines are popping through.

I've been kind of busy this week which has been a really nice change from my boring day-in, day-out routine.
