Next down the line is Miranda's room. Now, I want to apologize for my kids rooms. They're messy and thrown together. A trip to Ikea is in order and then they will look much, much better. Anyway, on with the show!
Miranda's bed is ridiculously high off the ground. She fell out of it twice and luckily didn't get injured. We have since 'trained' her to sleep in the corner so she doesn't fall out.
As you can tell, everything is PINK. She is thrilled and she loves it. We painted her closet door with chalkboard paint.
Yes, that is the rocking chair from the living room. After I finished taking those pictures she decided it needed to be in her room.
That box is unpacked, it's just currently full of all her coloring supplies.

Cute!!! Love! So Glad She Has Her Own Little Room!!! ;)
ReplyDeleteThanks! I can't wait to go to Ikea to make it even better!
DeleteWhere did you get the butterflies???? Victoria would LOVE them!!!
ReplyDeleteAmanda F
I'm sorry Amanda, I have NO idea where they came from. They were a gift given a long time ago. I don't even remember who gave them!
DeleteNothing beats the messy room of teenage boys.....LOL
ReplyDeleteHer room looks cute! Why didn't you just tuen the bed around so the side railing is on the outside instead of against the wall?
Great suggestion Kimberly! If she had kept falling out, I would have done just that but since it hasn't been an issue again, I figured I'd leave it as is.
DeleteI really appreciate you continuing to visit me! I'm sorry I haven't been as faithful a commenter back! Off to visit you!
Cute! Nice color. Love the butterflies. How does she like the chalkboard paint?
ReplyDeleteThanks Jennifer! She loves the chalkboard paint. It is a bit messy, but it's a fairly easy clean up.
