This was my Elliott, one year ago. He was so little! His hair was just fuzz. His eyes were still a newborn blue-gray. A pacifier took up most of his face. His hands balled up still. He was a nursing, snuggly little bundle of warmth. Oh how I miss those days.
Today, he's pure trouble. He doesn't walk, but he crawls like the wind and can climb anything in the blink of an eye. He's had his first haircut and his eyes are a dark brown, like mine. He can still be snuggly when he wants to be, but usually he's much to busy.
Speaking of his first hair cut, I realized that I never posted a picture! EEK!

Before / After

He's goofy and usually covered in dirt or grime of one kind or another.

I get glimpses of him as a teenager. I'll bet he'll be one of the popular, class-clown, cute kids. A heartbreaker.

He keeps us guessing and on our toes, for sure.

He's always in the 'highest' of fashion...

He finds himself in the silliest of places, sometimes.

He adores his big sister and is constantly trying to do what she does. (Except walk.)

All in all, he's perfect and just a joy to raise. He makes me exasperated and frustrated in the same minute that he makes me laugh. He's Elliott.
(Come back tomorrow for another room of the house...)
