Keeping busy

I've been trying to keep busy around here lately. Adam has been away for work so it's just the kiddos and I. It's been quiet and peaceful, most days. Last week we had some majorly hot days so we packed up and went out to Nicole's community's pool. It was nice and Miranda is getting more comfortable with the water. She'll be swimming without floaties very soon! She can already tread water for short periods of time which is a start. Elliott had his first experience with pool water and it went very well. No tears.

Speaking of Mr.Elliott...he is getting bigger very quickly. Just last week he fit into his newborn size clothing perfectly. This week all his 0 - 3 month stuff is getting to short or to tight. Yikes! He's also been a bit of a momma's boy lately, needing me and only me to hold him. I'm trying very hard to just enjoy it since I know all to well it won't last long. He's also been gassy and little fussier too.

These are the days that I'm going to miss someday though. Since Elliott may or may not be my last child I'm trying to just relax and enjoy. I'm trying to spend more time with my kids and just watch them grow since these days are going to be over before I know it.
