It's been a pretty productive time over here at the Orlowski household. We were able to go out to Ikea on Saturday and pick up some odds and ends that we needed to make room for baby, mostly dressers and a bookshelf. When we got back home Adam put everything together and we slowly moved things into place. Sunday was a major household revamping day. We tore the entire living room apart and rearranged every piece of furniture. Adam was such a trooper through it all and hardly ever complained. Monday we started putting the house back together and Adam had a couple pieces of furniture to dismantle. Miranda had a little bit of a hard time dealing with some of the changes that were happening, but once she saw it all start to come together and see the crib up, she was pretty happy about it. Ever since then, it's just been trying to pick up, organize and clean what's been uprooted during the move. I'll take some pictures once everything is done so that you can see how things look.

Yesterday Miranda spent a whole bunch of time with a couple of friends. Nicole and I babysat for a friend of ours and she has two awesome little boys. We spent all morning there and even had lunch. The boys were so well behaved and Miranda had a blast playing in their gigantic basement playroom. We wanted to go to a local jump house afterwords, but we forgot about  kids being off of school this week so the place was packed full. The kids were pretty disappointed but life happens sometimes. Nicole and I went out to Walmart afterwords and picked up a few odds and ends. Then it was home for more cleaning. The house is mostly back to normal now but there is still a little bit left to do.

I was happy to have things be back to normal this morning. Adam is at work and my morning routine went on as normal. Miranda and I are having a quiet, laid-back time and loving it. I've been trying to be extra attentive to her today because after all the moving around of stuff this weekend, I know she feels like things are going a little to fast and needs to know that she's still loved.

The pregnancy has been going on as normal now and I'm trying to enjoy these last few quiet weeks. I know my little man will be here before I know it. I'm getting very anxious and excited! My next appointment is on Monday and she'll schedule my c-section date! That will definitely make things seem more real. My baby shower is sneaking up on us too and I can't wait for that. I love that I'm able to celebrate the arrival of our first boy with all the people we love. I'm really excited that my neighbor and good friend is getting a new client for his catering business!
