And I'm back ... part II

~*This is a continuation from a previous entry. If you haven't read that one, start there.*~

Okay, maybe not from hell, but most parts certainly weren't pleasant. My mom came over and watched Miranda for us while Adam brought me into the hospital. We had a long wait in the ER due to some oversights, but eventually I got where I needed to go. They put me into a temporary room where they got me all set-up with the IV and what not. Then they moved me into a bigger, slightly more comfortable room. Adam headed home at that point since he knew I was 'settled' in. The days and nights were long and boring. Nothing too terribly exciting to report once I was there. Adam brought Miranda to visit every day, Nicole came and visited a few times and my dad & his girlfriend stopped by once. The days and nights were long, drawn out and boring. The food was terrible. My back pain was starting to go away though and the vomiting had already been stopped after my first visit. Friday morning finally came and I was released back into civilization again. Now I'm on a course of antibiotics for a few days and after that I will remain on a suppression therapy for the remainder of my pregnancy to prevent any infection from coming back.
