The past few days it has been absolutely GORGEOUS outside. Miranda has been spending a lot of time running around out there playing with the neighbors. I love that she's finally getting to the age where, as long as she's playing with the older, more responsible children, I don't have to keep her in sight at all times. Our community backyard is private and the right size where I can see her no matter where she is in it. She KNOWS not to leave the backyard and so do the older children. It's so nice to be able to let her play while I chat with friends or get some chores done.
The puppy search continues. Not much luck yet. We may be going to look at a litter soon but I'm not holding my breath that these are the right ones for us. I check Petfinder.com daily. Hopefully we find the right addition to our family soon though. I'm itching to take care of a puppy! lol Both the cats go to the vet tonight for their yearly physicals and vaccinations. I'm sure they'll love that. I'm not anxious to hear what our vet is going to say about Dunkin's eye condition though. My appointment is Thursday and I'm starting to get a little nervous. I'm sure it will go fine though.
