Let's start with Maverick. He's an amazing family dog. He has been getting much, much better about listening off leash lately. He's so calm during the day but yet will perk right up at the thought of an activity.
When we're outside he loves to lounge around in the shade.
He's amazing with the kids. So patient and gentle. Protective in fact.
We call him 'Bum Dog' because that's what he is most of the time.
His favorite spot is the couch.
Yet, never fails to find funny spots too to make us laugh.
He's great with other dogs and not possessive in any way.
I love his huge ears.
He loves to hang out by the fire with us.
He's our Maverick. And from his crazy puppy days he's grown into a pretty fantastic dog. He may bark a lot and sometimes digs but he listens pretty well and I wouldn't trade him for anything.
