I'm back!

I'm alive! I swear it. Things are finally starting to settle down around here and I actually feel like I have some room to breathe! Adam and I have completely and utterly vacated the apartment life and jumped head first into home ownership.

We have painted every room in the house, painted all the trim on the main level of the house and all the important items are put away. I need to take some pictures still. We don't have the TV or surround sound up yet, we still have pictures to put on the wall and the entire upstairs is still in shambles. However, I (with a LOT of help from friends and family) had the kitchen, bathroom and kids rooms all set up within a day of moving in. All that is left is little things here and there.

So far, I'm loving it and I can't wait for all the improvements we plan on making to make this home even better! The kids have adapted easily, the dog is still adjusting and the poor reptiles don't know what to think. I have so many plans, ideas and dreams for this place. I just need to wait for the funds and ability to do it.

I promise to come back with pictures as soon as I can. Just thought I'd update quickly.

(P.S. Elliott is not walking yet, but I believe he is getting closer.)
