This here is Jayne Cobb the Bearded Dragon. He is the newest addition to the household. He's not furry but I consider him very cute and cuddly! We bought him from a locally owned reptile based pet store on Monday. He still has some adjusting to do but I'm sure he'll warm up to us eventually. He's a little skinny and needs a lot of TLC so keep an eye out for updates as he gets bigger and healthier.
He's about a year old and is 16 inches long. He's a lot of fun to take care of! He eats a mixed variety of fruits, vegetables and insects. Miranda likes him a lot as well. She is always wanting to hold him and help me take care of him.
He's not at all aggressive although he definitely has an attitude. It's been a lot of fun to watch him and learn about him the past few days.

I'm sure some of you are thinking we're a little strange, weird and/or crazy for falling in love with reptiles but I seriously think they are some of the best pets around!
