6 months old

I can't believe that Miranda will be 6 months old tomorrow. Time really has flown. She is such a good and happy baby. She takes great naps, can entertain herself if I need her to, holds her own bottle sometimes, is starting to sit up by herself and smiles and laughs all the time. She hasn't gotten separation anxiety yet and will still go to anyone and I'm hoping it stays that way. Knowing my luck it'll start right before we move back to CT which is happening NEXT MONTH! Woohoo!!! I really need to get a move on with packing and what not so I'll be busy, busy, busy this month.

I'm doing well otherwise. It's tough being the only one here and having to do everything but I'm doing okay I think. Nothing is broken, on fire or disgustingly dirty so I guess that's a good thing. I last heard from Adam on Monday and he's doing well. He says it's more like a vacation than a deployment because they treat him so well over there so that's a good thing. He is a little homesick though and I'm sure that will only get worse as time goes on.
